there isn’t anything raw that you haven’t already seen. The original is a novel, so there isn’t any pictures, but if you want the rest of the story you could probably find a translation of the novel.

That Rimuru face when he saw BOING.
For anyone who only read the manga, explanation spoiler from the novel:
Naming a monster essentially make it unique, like those named elite in Diablo or like how Shadow of Mordor’s nemesis system.
However, to do so the ‘master’ basically give them a bit of his power. (And yes, the former Liguru was named by another master)
The reason Rimuru collapse after naming Ranga is because the wolves have “All For One” effect under the new leadership (the old one was a bit more of a tyrant), so Rimuru didn’t name the leader wolf, he named the wolf TRIBE itself so the drain was massive compare to the individual goblins.
